The Aftermarket and Junior Sales Manager is supporting the DACH-team in all processes of partner and customer management.
Reporting to the Sales & Business Development and under the responsibility of the Country Manager.
The position is based in Nuremberg, Germany.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our product or service effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies tailored to customer needs.
- Provide training and support to new customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, making improvements to the onboarding process as necessary.
Partners support :
- Manage partners and customers inquiries related to aftermarket parts and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
- Monitor partners sales volumes and calculate payments
Sales support :
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, tracking sales progress, and processing orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an international environment, ideally in the sector of mobility & transportation. First experience in customer oriented role preferable
Knowledge : Languages: German, English, French Tools (must): Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint Tools (preferable): CRM
